Rental Apartments and Houses

You know your value proposition, and you know your customers. Now how do you connect the two? How do you get your product or service to the customer? Do you provide it directly? Do you sell through a distributor or wholesaler? Or is it some combination of both. How do you communicate with the customer? What channels of communication (social media, web sites, direct sales person, etc.) do you use to communicate with your customer. Describe the channels you will use to get your product to the customer.

Adequately addresses the assigned topic (5 points)

Is free of spelling and grammatical errors (2 points); and,

Is posted on-time (3 Points).
