I had a visit time gap from 11:29am-12;27 am I was at the patient home ( Ring) during the visit and realized that Hannah had scheduled the wrong visit she schedule an initial visit instead of my plotted prn so i had to restart the visit and sync and wait for Morgan to schedule the PRN and the resume the visit but the visit time for Charley Ring should reflect 11:29-12:27pm. I also had to go to pt houses early this morning that i did have visits for to get forms sign and drop off orders. i entered house time in backoffice and added mileage there as well
