Rephrase. If I was working in this area of RA, I would address: "Developing an Effective Compliance Program" for the Institution I was working for. This could have been due to a lack of existing program, or the need to improve an existing one. But since, I do not have working experience background in RA, I would consider topics from previous classes, such as Conflict of interest, Authorship, or how the recent trends and devepment of AI and machine learning would effect the research Admnistration. Actually, I find these problems very intriguing even though I would tap into unchartered waters, still it seems the program itself would need to address such issues in the near future
