rephrase.. SW received perfect serve mesage from office reporting that pcg requested a call back. Sw advised VC to notify PCG that transportation was arrange for pickup from respite but there sometimes are delayed. Sw called Community Transport and they confirmed they are delayed due to staff shortage the represntative explained they had 5 workers to call in and they are behind but they would be picking pt up. SW called office and pcg was on the phone stating she woud pick pt up. sw informed pcg that she could pick up pt and that sw would call back to cancel transportation
