Replay back to the topic Interview Discussion I have been on several interviews for varying positions. I have even attended an event at Horizon Health where they allowed us to have several mock interviews with various mangers within their facility. The event lasted about two hours and after a brief introduction to the company we were given 15 minutes at each table to have an interview. I found it interesting that each table resulted in a different kind of interview. Some of the managers had a set list of questions while others were more open about the conversation. I personally felt that the managers that were not reading off of a list of predetermined questions were easier to talk to and connect with. It was these managers that I would have rather worked with in the future. Outside of that event, I have never had two interviews that were similar. One interview I had for a florist shop required that you build a bouquet in the interview. I enjoyed this experience as I was able to show my skill versus discussing it.
