replay to this comment. As a student aspiring to be working within the project management profession, I am learning the value of resource data within an organization. A project is only as successful as the resources allocated by the organization to aid the project. Learning to enter, monitor, and value all data regarding resources (human, technical, and material) will provide me with the knowledge to become a successful project manager. This knowledge impacts the way I will approach a project within any future endeavor I may encounter. Rather than beginning the project thought process immediately with a Work Breakdown Structure, I will take time to brainstorm with the team members about what resources are necessary, creating a resource responsibility matrix. Along with the application of this technique, as a team, we will discuss what historical data can be provided by the organization, and what data we must acquire through our own experiences. I believe this has greatly impacted my project management approach by learning to appreciate the value resources have on the success of a project
