In most job roles I've had, I always worked my way up into a leadership position. I like to make sure that everyone is included or has an opportunity to state their opinions, while still assigning them tasks and being a good leader. The best kind of situation with a delegating leadership style is to have low level task behavior and low level relationship workers. Lower left corner allows leader who delegate have better relationships with their employees because they will be more willing to work and do what you ask with no problem. Fortunately, every lead position I have done, the employees were easy going and were willing to work without a hassle. I think I would be able to change my leadership style depending on what employees are on my team. If I had a to be a more hands on leader it wouldn't be difficult. I really enjoy having a delegating style because I haven't ran to any difficult situations. The people I have worked
