The square for competitor describes it as someone who wants to do better than others and personally I believe its true. In a way I don't feel I do this in a bad way I am just super competitive in everything I do so I just want to be the best. My orientation does not influence group work, I am very in line with knowing whats important in group work. It is very important for me to do great as an individual but also that my team does good because if they are positively impacting the team it will also benefit me. It probably contradicts a bit the orientation I was given but when doing group work I like making sure the work is done correctly or everyone is gaining from the work being done even if I am not the best in the group. I feel like my orientation won't affect my job choice or job performance. If there is a healthy competition with multiple the same goal being the best it can be really
