reply on With inflation, times have been rough for everyone. While doubled bonuses sound amazing, it doesn't sound like this is for the hourly employees only salaried. The cost of living is so high that I know of quite a few people needing second jobs to keep up with debt or are now in credit card debt because they can't make ends meet. They should be thinking about helping them out too with higher hourly rates. Or maybe even giving them higher bonuses
