It consists of identifying the issue, gathering data on it, analyzing it, sharing feedback with the client, and planning action to address it. The "doing" phase of Action Research is where planned interventions are implemented based on the findings and plans developed during the planning phase. It involves actively engaging organization members, implementing action plans, continuously monitoring progress, and collecting feedback to make necessary adjustments (Bierema, 2020).
