Years of working in the service industry have helped me build that skill of working with others and meeting a diverse range of people. Through this, I've also gained leadership skills from being in a position where I've had to become the trainer to new hires and show them the ropes as I had learned. There are other competencies that I would need to be more well prepared for if I'm going to be in the healthcare field. Learning the technologies that are constantly advancing and changing is one that is important, along with developing better communication skills when speaking with others. It will make sure that I'm prepared for my future career in the healthcare field. I will be able to learn and adapt more quickly and efficiently the more I utilize them
