I believe that secondary sources should be made available to all individuals without the necessity of a paid subscription. Most of the general population cannot afford to pay the high subscription prices that the sites are asking for. In fact, some individuals cannot afford to pay anything at all.

There are many way for you to do research without the use of the internet. You can use the library, legal books, old type film reels for newspapers, magazines, digests and journals. For in depth research you can also contact an expert in the field you are using to conduct your research.

Without easy access to the internet, educating yourself on subjects pertaining to law in this case, is not as easy as it would be if you had full access to the internet. It is not impossible to educate yourself on the law without internet access, it will just be more leg work as they say. Libraries are a great source to start off with as they are free and most are easily accessible.

Most offline resources provide more accurate first hand knowledge when conducting research. These sources are easier to access but may not always be more user friendly. These information sources have proven that they are not biased or unreliable and often include websites and web materials as well.
