Which two program delivery phase activities should be focused on to ensure the success of benefits delivery, transition, and sustainment? Activities that support the management and governance of a program include aspects such as change, communication, finances, information, procurement, quality, resources, risk, schedule, and scope (Project Management Institute, 2017). The two areas that stand out as most important across industries are managing cost and managing communication avenues for customer feedback. Communication within the organization is of course, key when pursuing quality. If communication channels within the organization breakdown quality as far as the customers are concerned could falter. And that means money invested thus far could be lost. Cost is also important for obvious reasons of unnecessarily spending money. Ensure that when the money is spent that it is spent to better the quality of a product. Program communication within the organization should also take a front seat. Keep middle managers in the loop to be the connecting managers they can become. Also, if a school district department has money left in their budget do not use the money just because you were told to extinguish the budget. Please use budget money wisely for the main goal of quality.
