For example, Sandy in 2nd grade said she could not make it through the day without Brenda in 3rd grade. Although they work alongside many other teachers, the secondary group, they formed a primary group that creates a more intimate friendship. Corporate culture and leadership do come into play in the workplace because there is always a select number of people who feel like they make the best choice to make all the decisions for the workplace. This is also known as the inner circle. These people tend to look down upon others as ignorant and have the pull to make sure if they are not the leader, they can put who they want there
