reply to I am interested in the Project Management track, i think it is more specific and more relative to my day-to-day activity as a Clinical Research Associate, some of my ideas include: Idea 1: Streamlining Clinical Trial Appointment Scheduling In Clincal Research, I always have difficulties in getting or scheduling site visits due to asynchronous communication and lack of centralized availability. So i want my capstone project to be based on developing and implementing a real-time appointment management system enabling site staff to upload availability, automatic scheduling based on mutual availability, then a confirmation emails sent to both parties
