reply to I was part of an enterprise multi-phase project was initiated to make money movement for customers much easier through online tools and provide better oversight for the financial advisors. This project team was comprised of many teams in the organization. The project made money transfers easier for the client, branch teams, and home office associates. Since this was a large project, there were many teams and leaders involved which complicated the closing phase because many of the associates were not involved with the day to day operation of the new tool or were involved in the next phase of project
