We have historical information from previous bids, historical data on work actually completed, and we even have data on how long it could take a new engineer vs an experienced engineer to execute work. All of this data could be used when working on graph based analysis. With the right resources and timeline teams could effectively capture data for our customers in the amount of effort need to design and execute a desired solution. The graph can outline the design of our system with the different level of complexity as well as the features that can be "turned on or turned off". This could be a tool used at a large scale leaving some guessing out of our estimation process
