reply to In the project management track, my project idea is a hypothetical changeover process to a new LMS in an extracurricular education environment. The hypothetical organization wants to scale up more hybrid educational opportunities. The LMS needs to deliver educational content of various media formats, and be able to be utilized in a traditional room setting, as well as online only settings. Given that the organization fields volunteers and people with limited technological expertise, it is likely necessary to create job aids and facilitator guides.
