Duetto was founded in 2012. while IDeaS was founded in 1939. which indicates that lDeaS has been around for more years and has helped more clients. as they help around 16.000 clients all around the world, while Duetto helps 1.000 hotels and casinos in 50 countries. Based on reviews on the Hotel Tech Report. IDeaS has been around for more years and offers more reliable and credible software to help generate revenue because of the yea rs it has been available. Both of these pieces of software are reliable and easy to use for the clients that use them; the ROI and implementation for both are 4.55. The difference in these is that Duetto is rated a bit higher in the "Ease of Use" and "Customer Support" sections. which indicates that they function betterin a way that more clients have found it easierto use and to get help ifany problems arise. 2. The revenue management system that would be best selected forthe hotel business would have to be "Duetto" based on their ratings on ROI, customer support, implementation, and ease of use. They provide better ratings. and it's also rated number one out of 58 other revenue management systems. which would indicate that it would help the business in the long run. Duetto allows hotel companies to develop and implement unique strategies, investigate more data than any other revenue management method. and help maximize booking revenues. which is a system that would work better for hotels.
