The planning is more important because it explains in great detail how the project will be executed, for example, the scheduling, budget, risk management, etc. The execution is where project managers see the progression of the project and adjust the resources and time as they see fit. Also, identify risks and problems and make changes. The monitoring and control is important to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. It is critical to track the progress and provide data to the stakeholders to keep them updated. All the phases of the project are important and together you can see the final product
