In other words, importing products from overseas. It is mostly used to reduce the cost of the resources. Virtual team is a group of people who work across time and space suing communication technologies. The article I found talks about the benefits, challenges it faces and tips. The challenges it may face are different time zones, language barrier, cultural differences, holiday differences, along with economic and legal challenges.
