Knowledge gained from various projects benefits future projects, but also allows for new employees to understand what to do, allowing for faster completion of tasks at a high quality (Semczuk, 2024). Having handled this differently, recording the steps as they are performed and learned the first time would be helpful. After the project ended, a full report should have been drafted, to include all the steps during, and an explanation of everything at the end. This report should have been reviewed by another team member or the project manager to ensure accuracy and simplicity
