I'm choosing the Iterative methodology for this project. I choose this method for the simple facts that you it is a way that we can make sure what the outcomes of the project will be since we are repeatedly testing small parts and phases of the project. It is the best way to make sure you are getting the results you are needing to make a better delivery in the field when it is introduced.

Location or resources and facilities are some of the EEF's we need to be using. Especially figuring out what capabilities we as a company have to offer for this project. How we get resources as well as the availability of the resources to make the project successful.

The organizational process assets or (OPA) for short have the 3Ps that correlate with them, process, policies, and procedures that in this case will be established by the project owner which is Mobil Device Group.

There are risks that are associated with every aspect of a business. The risk of materials shortage and delays. It doesn't matter what company is ordering materials that is something everyone has to deal with in these current times. Untested equipment that is new there are always risks, will the product function like it should or will it crash to the ground? There are so many risks that are associated with a new product and they can be unpredictable.

The gating process should include the PM (myself) along with senior management and someone from the stakeholders board. Mobil device group should be in it as well since it is there product that is being tested and screened.

Respectfully.

Jeff
