Hello Class,

My name is Maria, and excited for this class to start, hope your summer break was fantastic. a little about me I'm a mother of two grown daughters, and 4 beautiful grandchildren. I work as a child provider for single mothers and fathers as they need a head start in life to provide for their family been doing this for 45 years now. I decided to get my adult diploma which I proud to say I did achieve and got. My hobbies are hiking, camping, fishing, gardening anything to be outdoors.

Where were you born? i was born in Port Townsend Washington and moved to Vancouver Washington when i was 6 years old.

What is your major? Working on my requirements to start my HIM classes in the spring.

What do you hope to gain from this class? I hope to gain more knowledge of the computer in excel.

The reason I choose the picture I put up was I was very overweight and decided to do a life changing surgery to safe my life from diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure, and many more health complications. This was the first picture of me down 100 pounds. It shows me every day you can do anything in life to change and the hard work I did put in.
