Reply to this discussion, I have always seen how great of a culture Google has, and that most employees enjoy working there. The company wanted to create a specific culture and it seems they have gone above and beyond doing so. It almost sounds too go to be true. I like the idea that Google allows their employees to fail forward and try different things, I feel this has probably led to a lot of great ideas, inventions and processes.
