Miranda, without a doubt, is the one case with the greatest impact on law enforcement operations when it comes to interrogating suspects in a case. First, what defines specifically when Miranda must be used, and second, when should a potential suspect waive his/her Miranda rights in the interest of making sure he/she can relate their story prior to talking about it with an attorney. Is there ever a time to waive Miranda if it's read to you?
