Reply to this discussion, With the building of a new team to update the production process of the corporation, one of the first things I would do is to pick out the team members with traits and experiences I think will benefit the team. After building the team, during our first meeting, I would clarify the goals and objectives of this team. I would introduce the timeline to the proposed timeline. I would establish roles and responsibilities for each team member based on their skill sets and interests. Using the technology provided by the company to our benefit, I would create a Microsoft Teams page to encourage open communication and collaboration with all members of the team. Using MS project, I would track the achievements and milestones of the project. If conflicts arise, I would act to resolve it quickly and promote open dialogue
