I chose Analyst because that is the role they would be playing on DHS (basically all Avenir Health staff fall into this role when we work for DHS). I can change this to be their corporate titles (which would not always make sense within DHS) or I can add differentiation to the Analyst title (Jr, Sr) to account for levels of seniority.
