This application allows for mass communication with families when communicating essential and urgent information. We have also gone to using the Raptor Application. This application is a mobile panic alert system that enables school staff to initiate an emergency alert. The State of Missouri has purchased this system and provides it to all school districts to enhance safety. Crisis management plans can be complicated to create just because schools must be able to account for every eventuality, and the level of danger can vary from crisis to crisis.
