reply to this post. My biggest challenge during this course was time management. Specifically in the later half near week 4 and beyond. This time management issue came about when attempting to balance operational requirements and school work. To mitigate this issue in the future I will attempt to schedule classes during a lull in operations. My attitude towards writing has improved significantly. Although my writing is not perfect, the satisfaction of providing a more grammatically sane email or write up in my day to day work life has made the course worth it. This ability to produce a more educated response, in regards to writing and work products, was my main goal
