Reply to this professionally "I tend to think of a percent as a portion out of one hundred. short cuts for calculating precents would be to flip it so 17% of 30 is the same as 30% of 17. Or just divide 30 by 100 and multiply by 17. I don't think I need to be more confident with percent's. percent's are most useful to me in calculate graph changes
