The self assessment I completed put me into the category of BOLD. This characteristic comes with both its positives and negatives. Some of the positives that come with this characteristic include leadership and clear priorities. Alternatively, the negatives of being bold include likely rejection and pride. Something you can do to strengthen these weaknesses is be more careful. You have to be bold, but not be reckless with your boldness. This is how you can avoid those weaknesses.

My style wants to be listened to while also listen. Bold people are usually leaders and if they have people that listen to them, they will return the favor. The hardest style for bold people to interact with, in my opinion, would be expressive. Expressive people are often left vulnerable and bold people won't hesitate to say the honest, brutal truth. Bold people can flex their characteristic by embracing the emotions of others and returning that emotion instead of stating the brutal truth. Not all bold people are the way I just described because everyone is different, but that is the general stereotype.

With my personality style being bold there are positives and negatives. A positive of being bold can boost my confidence. Another positive is going for what I want and accomplishing it. I try and put effort into everything I do. A negative about being bold is that people can think you act too good and that you don't care about anything but yourself. I believe that in ways I can be bold but not all the time. I am a sensitive person that cares about what other people think while mean while I still am a confident person. Another negative is just being straight forward with people and them not agreeing or liking what you have to say. Things that I can strengthen about the weakness's of the negatives is just to keep being kind to others and doing everything to my best effort.

My personality style likes to be straight to the point but with kindness. I like to communicate with others with gentleness. Sometimes having to be straight to the point is easier to let a person know the truth or what they need to know. Although I am a person that can be nervous or not want to have confrontation with somebody. A personality style that might be hard to interact with technical is because I feel as if I am more of an expressive or supportive style. Including not knowing much technical stuff. It would be easy to get along with expressive and be easier for most bolds because expressive is more social and likes to get their things done.
