Report Once you have your plan, conducted your plan and collected data, and analyzed the results, you are ready to report your results to your teacher. In your report, you need to include the following: An explanation of the purpose of each part of the lab An explanation of the procedures used for each part of the lab F Raw data and representations thereof (i.e. graphs, data charts, etc) for each part of the lab A discussion of the results of the laboratory that addresses the purpose of each part of the lab
