Reporting to the chief diversity officer, the executive director of corporate diversity is responsible for working collaboratively with business unit leads in development and subsequent promotion of diversity and inclusion action plans. He/she leads the development and integration of a strategic framework that promotes inclusion and diversity practices, programs, and processes to create a competitive advantage for the organization in the ever changing labor marketplace. Additionally, this position is responsible for leading and implementing enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategies that align with the organizational goals, objectives, and overall strategic priorities of the agency.
