Managing Budgeting - The Party Entertainer - Bags of Fun Background Zoe, the owner of Bags of Fun was a skilled magician, musician and singer. Whilst she was a student, she worked as a part-time entertainer at children's birthday parties. As she felt that she knew the market well, she decided after taking her Level 3 BTEC in Business, to expand this into a business and become a full- time party entertainer. Using her contacts, past customers and her experience she was able to carry out research to help her forecast her sales (figure 1). Zoe believed that her market research was good.
