Thoughts on Program Evaluation - Communication You've spent the past few weeks focused on evaluating a program of your choice. You've planned carefully, collected data, and analyzed it. But the hard work isn't finished yet. In order for your efforts to have the desired impact, you must be able to communicate your findings and recommendations so that stakeholders will understand them.
