Your Task You are to write answers to the following questions: Question 1(15 Marks): Word Count Maximum 1000 words Pecco was aware that Enio was set to expand his motorcycle engineering firm and focus on motorsport engineering services to his expanding Australian Superbike Championship clientele. As a result, he was keen to sell some old equipment that would no longer be needed. He called Enio and asked how much he would you let his carbon fibre spinning machine go for. This machine is used during Carbon Fibre manufacture. Enio replied that he would likely need to buy a bigger machine that would be suitable for larger scale operations but the lowest he would accept for the old spinning machine would be $27000. Pecco knows this is a good price and told Enio that he has a deal and he would arrange collection of the machine on Monday. Enio has now reconsidered because his initial cost estimates to refit his workshop are considerably higher than originally estimated. He now also thinks he can get much more for the machine and does not wish to sell to Pecco. He has worked at the company since 2013 and is happy with the environment and gets on well with his colleagues. Despite this, he considers that he is undervalued at the organisation and consults with his friend Luca as to what to do. Luca advises him to respectfully ask his employer for a pay increase but to also emphasise his excellent work ethic and professionalism. Marc discusses the matter with Corse Engineering management and they seem interested and agreeable. Given this positive response Marc successfully negotiates a pay increase backdated to his commencement with Corse Engineering in 2013 although there will be no variation in his hours of work or duties. A month later Marc is alarmed to discover that Corse Engineering have maintained his salary at the original level and appear to have reneged on the arrangement altogether.
