Analyse and evaluate the companies' capital structure for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The assignment should highlight the following aspects: Introduction of the property sector in Malaysia; Introduction of the chosen companies; Computation of the relevant ratios for the analysis of the companies' capital structure for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019; Evaluation of the companies' capital structure for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019; Discussion of factors involved in capital structure decisions; and Conclusion.
