Elicitation is concerned with learning and understanding the needs of users and stakeholders with the ultimate aim of communicating those needs to the developers so that the right product is created. While not an exhaustive list, Chapter 7 (software requirement by By Karl E Wiegers and Joy Beatty) presents a number of approaches we can use to accomplish this. Feel free to do some research on your own to find out more techniques Consider you are in charge of developing the following systems: A new, full-service Website for a local workout studio that allows members to manage their account, book classes, explore all studio services, and track fitness goals, progress, accomplishments, etc. A small community bank has a proprietary system to support tellers and CSR's. While these employees can accomplish what they need to, the interface is an old text-based system and is generally out-of-date. For each case above, provide at least 2 suitable elicitation techniques that you would use to collect requirements. For each technique, you should clearly explain your approach, why it is appropriate in this example, and how you would accomplish it. You should relate your answer to the scenario; make sure that you're not just giving me a definition of the technique! In addition, please show the required participants and an estimated time to complete the task.
