A memo should always begin by indicating the purpose of the communication.
Address one key topic or subject.
Write short, simple, direct sentences.
Use language that is clear and unambiguous.
Create a courteous tone.
Instructions within the memo should be written using the imperative form of verbs, and in the present tense. "We should hire... versus " Our company is hiring"
Conclude with an instruction on what action should be taken in response to the memo.

Intro (Companies main needs and how they serve the values and a thesis)
B1- Candidate 1-- Explain Strengths but conclude with ultimately why you didn't select him
B2- Candidate 2-- Explain strengths but conclude with ultimately why you didn't select him or her.
B3- Chosen Candidate-- Attribute 1/ experience and connection to company needs/values and OB Concept
B4- Chosen Candidate --Attribute 2/ experience and connection to company needs/values and OB concepts.
B5- Chosen Candidate --Attribute 3/experience and connection to company needs/values and OB concepts.
B6- Chosen Candidate --Attribute 4/Experience and connection to company needs/values and OB concepts.
Conclusion: Recap/Summarize all.... Perhaps a grand statement of what this candidate can ultimately do for the company and a call to action.
Intro, B1-B6, and conclusion--- are 8 paragraphs (2 decent size paragraphs per page)- makes approx. four full pages.
