Re-read Wood v. Lucy, Lady Duff-Gordon, Lucy v. Zehmer and Raffles v. Wichelhaus and write a half-page summary (maximum length) in narrative paragraph style of the issue(s) before the court in each case (three 1/2 page summaries total). Make sure to describe the precise issue(s) before the court and tell why they are important in the case. Make sure to conform to the Rules for Legal Writing in ACLS I (see Skills Workshop 1).
