The venue must be either in Toronto or within the Greater Toronto Area. The venue must be able to accommodate all of the functions as presented in the main conference/tradeshow assignment. Provide information as to whether the venue offers accommodation for delegates and what type of accommodation is available. For each venue:

Provide a description of the venue. Where is the venue located? What services and amenities are offered by the venue. What function space would be utilized for a plenary session, the meal functions and the breakout sessions? Include the name of the function space, the layout, and carrying capacity for the function space. Does the venue provide accommodation for the delegates? If so, what are the options for accommodation?
