Research a sports facility and find out what legal battles arose from its construction, i.e., lawsuits, OSHA complaints, etc. Describe the incident and the court decision (if applicable). Do you agree or disagree with the court decision. Did the law suit or complaint have merit?

2) Do some research: If you could build an arena anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? What are some reasons (at least four) you chose to build your stadium, arena, or recreational center there? Think about location, facility design, and facility construction. You cannot pick a city or town that already has a pre-existing arena, stadium, or recreational center. You cannot repeat any city or towns that have already been listed by a fellow classmate. Make sure to explain your answer.
