Research an organization of your choosing. Then, using what you find out about this organization, develop a plan to hold an event that you imagine this organization might hold (this event can be a real event that this organization has traditionally held, or one of your own choosing). Simplest event to chose from would be a charity event. You will be acting as the marketing and event-planning divisions of this organization that has been assigned the task of developing this event, whereby you will be presenting your proposal to your CEO.

EXCEL You will need to perform further research into what is needed for the type of event you have chosen, then develop a budget for this event and itemize the costs, in as much detail as possible, for the type of event. Map out this budget in Excel. Include separate tables and analysis on: Total hours worked, hourly rate, and total cost for each employee Material costs for any building or purchases needed and/or rentals (PA system, DJ, Live Band, tables, chairs, catering, sanitation, etc.) Advertising costs (include distribution channels) Also, include at least one graph that utilizes the budgeting information or other concerns.
