Research and discuss community policing programs that have been effective within the United States and at least one initiative that has had positive results from another nation. Be sure to discuss these programs, their goals and how they became successful. Discuss our Juvenile Justice system, including 1) how it's philosophy differs from that of our adult offender system, 2) programs and initiatives that have been successful in lowering juvenile delinquency rates 3) include at least one program from another nation that has led to the lowering of their juvenile delinquency rates
