Research Assignment:

Find an organization on a job search engine (Indeed, Snag-a-Job, Monster, etc.) that is currently hiring for an Operations Manager position. Look over the job description and see what the organization is seeking within a candidate. Within the description of the position, list five requirements that the organization desires the applicant to successfully manage. Incorporate the topics you have learned in the last few chapters concerning the position and the processes. With those 5 requirements research the importance of successfully managing EACH task and a paragraph discussing its importance. At the end of EACH PARAGRAPH make suggestions on how YOU would personally add to that skill set, or how you feel you would be successful in that role.
