Research one aspect of language change, at any level of language (phonology, lexicon, syntax, etc.) and in any language variety. Explain what the change was, describe it linguistically, who the speakers were/are, and anything else you think is relevant for understanding the change over time (e.g., maybe consider langauge families). Think like a historical linguist!
