TimingHQ is a one-stop shop for timing and registration management. TimingHQ has become an international timing company aimed at providing the best possible race experience to race directors and participants. Our TimingHQ staff has worked with and timed some of the most complex events in the world from the Brighton Marathon in England to the United States National Triathlon Championships. Our experience is in many types of events and distances, running, cycling, and triathlons, and all distances and styles of events in between. We don't believe in shortcuts! No event is too small or too large. Our Services Include: Pre-Race Planning & Consultation Registration Management Consultation Timing Post-Result Consultation

  • We are ready to take our business to the next level. Presently we time and manage endurance events across multiple markets in the United States, as well as in England and Mexico. However, with the Pandemic, we have the landscape of the endurance industry change and we would like to capitalize on the shift. We currently will manage and time large and small-scale events, focusing on profitability more than event participation size. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we would like to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision.
  • Our specific need is an outline of our industry's expansion opportunities. For example, where is the vast amount of profitable event business? Is it industry conference add-on events (Such as a Sponsored 5K)? Is it in the status quo of running, triathlon, or cycling? Or is it perhaps in something completely new like drone racing, etc? This report should include an optimal location recommendation list.

Should consider that "Which markets align with our current place in the market? Where are buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons of expanding our operations domestically or internationally? What potential competitors exist in new locations? Are there conferences/events to attend and market to find potential events? Are their outlying industries that need timing or RFID tracking that we should consider?".

  • External analysis of environmental forces, industry structure, and competitive landscape
