• There were also articles discussing private equity firms.

Alternatively, discuss how firms in cyclical industries (those whose earnings are directly related to economic cycles) may have a different capital structure than firms in non-cyclical industries (consider how some products are in demand no matter what is happening in the economy, i.e., home paper products). You could also look at how recessions affect capital structure.
