Research the news to find a recent employment claim or lawsuit arising out of pay, benefits, or collective bargaining.Once you have identified a claim or lawsuit, you should find at least two other news sources that discuss the same matter. Along with answering the following:

• A summary of the claim or lawsuit you researched;
• The employment laws at issue in the claim or lawsuit; and
• A discussion about the concrete steps an employer should take to avoid a claim or lawsuit like the one you researched (e.g., what should be included in policies, training, specific change in practice, etc.).

Be sure that you include citations with links to the three news sources you researched within your post.Along with the title at the top with the name of the employer who is subject to the claim or lawsuit.
